This was a road-stop check-in from Springfield, Missouri. I had just come out of the Dayton cold, sat down with a ribeye and a modified Southern Charmer, and turned the camera on.
Most of this is where my head was: work had pulled me away from Substack, I wanted to get back in shape, and Oklahoma was next. That meant another chance to fly White Dog Hill at sunrise and sunset.
If you like the unpolished side of the journey—the meals, miles and plans behind the finished footage—subscribe. The next flight is the point.
